The Large Carbide Wood Lathe Turning Hollowing Tool is the perfect tool for under-cutting hollow forms. The unique shape of the hollower neck is designed to give you better access to the most difficult hollow form shapes. The shank is flat on both sides offering you great stability while hollowing small or large forms. The shank measure approximately 8-3/4" from the top of the stainless steel ferrule to the center of the carbide cutter head. The round carbide cutter head can be rotated as needed for clean, sharp cutting edge. Once the carbide cutter is completely used up, simply replace the tip with a new one.
