This Ron Brown's Best 1-1/4" x 8 TPI self centering 4 jaw woodturning chuck has a wide range of jaw movement and a powerful grip. Jaws expand and grip in a 2" to 3" dovetail recess in the base of your turning. Chuck body is chrome plated to protect against corrosion while jaws are anodized black. Holds round stock between 1-5/8" and 2-3/4" or square billets 1-1/8" to 2-1/8" in size
