Universal Aluminum Router Plate

This router table insert plate makes it much easier to invert the router in a router table. The plate is made from the solid aluminum and precision machined to flat. 

2 patterns of recessed mounting holes that fit the mainstream routers around the world. The huge hole in the center allows to change bits without detaching the router from the plate.The anodized black surface reduce the friction and makes it resistant to wearing. 10 contact points to level the plate reduce the load of each contact point and for optimal stability. There are 5 concentric cover inserts with different inner diameters, to ensure maximum surface support to different sizes of router bits. 

The starting guide pin could be firmly threaded on the tabletop to stabilize a curved stock. Screw the plate in the router table opening thru countersunk holes in the corners to secure the router insert in place. Precision dimples that fit the routers from the major brands. Lifting ready, there are holes for height adjustment screw.
