MDF Router Table Top

This router table top is made from MDF. The top and bottom of the table are laminated to keep the moisture out to prevent any warping or bowing.The router table top size is 31-1/2" long, 23-3/4" wide, and 1-3/8" thick. The rebated opening is for the mainstream 11-3/4" by 9-1/4" insert plates available on the market, including FORTUNE's LSD22, LSD41, and RLA3(router lift). The magnets inserted on the rabbet support and guide the leveling screws on the insert plate. Four threaded inserts located at the corners of the rebate support are for mounting the insert plate.
The long fence T-tracks which accept 1/4" and 5/16" T-bolts, as well as 1/4" hex bolts. Two tracks lets you install any style fence.
The combo T-track across length comes with 2 T-slots; a 3/4" (19mm) miter slot is for miter gauges, featherboards, and coping sleds; the other slot is for stops, hold-down clamps, and so on. Every T-track on LSD33 router tabletop is mounted with bolts and nuts instead of wood screws, so they hold on to the table firmly even under heavy force.
